Welcome to this month's Finance and Investment newsletter. 

This evening's sessional meeting at Staple Inn will comprise a presentation by Cass Business School of their research into systemic risk in financial services and a Q&A session.  This is a major piece of research, commissioned by the Profession, and we hope as many of you as possible will come along to hear the talk and put your own views afterwards.  A link to the paper and registration details are in the paragraph below. 

Scottish-based actuaries will also get an opportunity to hear the presentation and take part in discussion on the paper, on 15 February in Edinburgh.
